I have bad self-harm scars on my left arm from months ago. Now that I am a recovering person, I think these scars have became a nuissance and really too noticeable like when I have a t-shirt on.

Does the fact it’s an abnormality mean I can get scar removal from the NHS? Also. I’m 16, would I have to have parental consent?

Please no brash comments, about me being "emo", or something about taxpayers money being wasted. My parents too pay taxes.
