This depends on the procedure used to remove the mole. Besides that, the size and type of the mole do play an important role in the issue of scarring.

p/s: I used castor oil to remove skin mole and the results are amazing. They healed pretty well, most of my moles dropped between 7 to 10 days, leaving no scar.
Yes…generally they fade pretty quick, but I recommend treating with emu oil for healing and to help prevent scarring. Emu oil is used pretty commonly in many skin care products and it is used for treating burns, scars, and rashes.
