Pimples or acne can be treated very well with regular treatment. Considering your age, it is a common occurrence at that age due to the sudden spurt in hormonal levels which increase oil production in the skin.
A course of treatment spread over 8-12 weeks provide excellent clearing of the eruptions. Occasionally some girls suffer from a condition called PCOD or Polycystic Ovarian Disease which makes treatment difficult. Tablets containing Isotretinoin are helpful in such cases although they should not be taken by girls without medical supervision. Minocycline or Doxycycline tablets too help.
There are several gels and creams containing Clarithromycin, Clindamycin and Benzoyl Peroxide which help to clear pimples. Tretinoin, Adapalene and glycolic acid fades scars as well.
Also there are some chemical peel treatment which some doctors do for stubborn scars. The end result is quite good in most cases if the patient is truly patient.
For best results visit your doctor regularly and avoid applying moisturisers or undergoing facial cosmetic treatments

The scars will fade with time, but if you still have acne, which leaves more new scars, it can seem like the scars aren’t going away at all. So, first thing’s first: get rid of the acne. There are a ton of products you can get at a drugstore, but if you’ve tried them and they don’t work for you, you can always go to a dermatologist because they will have stronger medications that aren’t available over the counter. You can try putting vitamin E oil (also available at drugstores) on your scars to help lighten them more quickly. You should wash your face twice a day, and use a moisturizer that is oil free, so it won’t clog your pores – creating more problems. Good luck!
Hello. The scars will fade in time. There isn’t alot you can do with them. But dealing with the acne, you can do. Have you tried Proactiv? It has worked wonders for me. Some people say it didn’t work for them, but everyone’s skin is different. If you haven’t tried it, you should give it a try. Also, to prevent acne from forming, try to keep your hands off of your face (your hands have tons of natural oils on them which will clog pores), change your pillowcase every other day, and don’t over wash and scrub your face. Your skin needs some natural oils, otherwise it will go into overdrive trying to moisturize and cause more oil than needed and therefore, clogged pores and zits.
Mix nutmeg powder with a little unboiled milk and apply on acne and wash after an hour this remedy when done once or twice a week will not leave any acne marks on the skin . Check out http://usefulinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.
