Do Acne Scar Removal Creams work?

I am looking at various option (HD scar cream, Nivea Scar Treatment etc …) and I am actually wondering if these are effective or not. Any clue? Have you tried them?

Acne scar removal cream, whether doctor prescribed or over the counter, is a common choice for mild to moderate scars. It works by exfoliating the scarred area so that new skin can grow and replace it. One thing to take note of is that not all products are compatible with certain parts of the skin. these types of creams (be it for scars, or for wrinkles, or whatever) are NEVER effective. the only thing you can do for acne scars is wait. they will eventually fade a little with time. creams only make you spend money that you dont need to be spending. they do nothing for scars.
